In these state of the art surroundings you will undertake a one week induction course – a unique experience embracing company ethos, product knowledge, merchandising and of course top quality sales training.

We are confident that when you have completed your academy training you will be qualified to hit the ground running in one of our fabulous galleries! In line with GDPR and as part of the recruitment process at DeMontfort Fine Art, Whitewall Galleries & Clarendon Fine Art, your submitted application will be shared with relevant Business Managers as necessary and when appropriate. We will request in some instances that a video is shared to support your application. The videos are destroyed once the interview process has concluded, and candidate selection has been made. Final interviews will take place with a Senior Manager within the business which will take the form of an online video interview, or face to face where able.
