Q: How do I obtain an up to date valuation of my artwork?

Should you require an valuation of your art, we can offer this service to purchases made through Whitewall Galleries, you can discuss this further with your local gallery or email Customer Services. This service carries an administrational charge.

Q: How do I obtain a replacement authenticity certificate?

As long as you have acquired the art via WW galleries we will support in reprinting a COA. Please contact Customer Services or your local gallery to support in this request.

Q: Does the price of the artwork include the frame?

All our advertised prices are inclusive of the presentation frame.

Q: Can I change the frame on the artwork?

We would recommend that you retain the presentation as this has been chosen to enhance the art by the artist.

Q: I like a piece of artwork, how can I organise to view it in a gallery?

Please use the webchat or follow the “Enquire Tab” with one of our art dealers, who will contact you back to make the necessary arrangements for you to view the piece in the gallery at your convenience.

Q: Can I request a specific edition number?

We want you to love the art and enjoy the piece, and whilst we make every effort to fulfil requests for specific numbers, sometimes it’s not possible.

Q: What is a limited edition?

A limited edition is a reproduction of a print or object, limited to a specific number of copies.

Q: What is an AP?

An Ap is an Artist Proof, this is historically is from the first edition run and is where the artist confirms and agrees to the image.
