Q: How much is the delivery?

Our courier delivery is £25, on occasion we offer a Free delivery offer which you may see available at the time of sale.

Q: How long will delivery take?

In accordance to availability we aim to delivery your art within 14 working days. Should the item not be available we will contact you to inform you of the delivery expectation.

Q: How can I track my delivery?

Once your art has been dispatched, we provide a DPD tracking which is texted to the mobile number you have provided within your purchase, however our Client service team will be happy to support you on any updates that are required.

Q: Where does Whitewall deliver to?

We deliver to UK, Ireland and channel isles. We offer an international delivery service using DHL and TNT. Delivery outside the UK will incur additional charges. Should you require a quotation, please contact our Customer Service team.

Q: Is a signature required for delivery of my order?

Yes we request a signature via our courier service DPD.

Q: Can I collect my order in a Gallery?

Yes we offer a click and collect service. As soon as your art is delivered into your chosen gallery, our art dealers will contact you to arrange collection.

Q: Can a third party collect my order in a Gallery?

A third party can collect your artwork, if documentation of the sale and pre authorisation has been made via Customer Services or the chosen gallery.

Q: When will my order be available in Gallery?

Your order should arrive within 14 days from purchase.
