Q: How do I create an account?

To sign up for a Whitewall Galleries online account, please visit our Register page.

Q: How can I change my contact details?

Please select ‘Edit Details’ after signing in. You can log in to your account here. Please note: you can update your address, email and contact number through your online account.

Q: I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

You can request a new password by clicking on ‘Forgotten Password?’ on the Sign in page.

If you can’t remember the email address you registered with, or if you have problems signing in to your account, please contact our Customer Service team.

Q: I receive mail from Whitewall Galleries. How can I stop this?

Please follow the ‘Unsubscribe’ link from any of our email newsletters. Alternatively, you can change your communication preferences by calling our Customer Services team.
