Q: How may I get assistance with my online order?

Q: How do I change information on my order after it has been placed?

Please note, you can make changes to your order, once placed as long as your purchase has not already been completed, please contact us at client services to support you with your changes.

Q: I just finalized my order but I still have not received the order summary.

Thank you for placing an order with us, you should receive a confirmation of your order being received within 48 hours from placing your purchase. If your confirmation is outstanding, please contact us at client services and we will assist in providing a duplicate acknowledgment of sale.

Q: Will my order be gift wrapped?

We provide all purchased in a branded Whitewall delivery box.

Q: Can I purchase gift vouchers?

Yes you can purchase gift vouchers, we can provide this option via any of our galleries, please review the gallery contact details in our location section.

Q: Will my gift order include an invoice where the price of the items are not shown?

We provide an order acknowledgment which provides a breakdown of the cost.
